Vantage Strength Return Policy

Returns – Change of Mind (Non-Faulty Items Only)

This section applies only to change-of-mind returns, including incorrect size orders. It does not apply to faulty or defective items.

You may return or exchange an unused item in new condition within 30 days of delivery, including if the wrong size was ordered.

  • Item must be unused and in new condition
  • Must include original packaging
  • Items returned incomplete or without original packaging may be denied a refund or exchange
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Exchanges will also incur a return shipping fee
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Please allow 3–5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Faulty or Defective Products (Australian Consumer Law)

This section applies only to faulty, defective, or damaged items that fail under normal use. The “unused” and “original packaging” requirements above do not apply to faulty items.

All products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, defective, or fails under normal use, you are entitled to a remedy.

In these cases:

  • For minor faults, we will provide a replacement or refund
  • For major failures, you may choose a replacement or refund
  • You will not be required to return the item in its original packaging
  • Return shipping for faulty items will be covered by us
  • Damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or incorrect use is not covered

To process a faulty item claim, please contact us at sales@vantagestrength.com.au with:

  • Proof of purchase
  • A photo of the product
  • A photo of the fault/damage

We will assess the product and arrange the appropriate ACL-compliant outcome as quickly as possible.
